Very thought provoking!
My first response was to say take my kids to the beach and tell them everything I want them to know about me or life, make sure they are prepared to live without me.
However, that's not the point of your post. I must needs to think upon these things much further than my selfish reasons of what I would do.

If you hear this Sunday, don't tell you've heard it before!

I certainly wouldn't waste 2.7 seconds on a Bull named FuManChu .....
Seriously, I'd gather my family around and laugh as much as possible and cry as little as we could manage. I'd sow as much love as I could in the time I had left. Then I'd lay down in peace expecting to rise up in Jesus!

I definately would not spend the time cleaning. So let me think - what would I do??
First thing I'd do is sit each of my sons down and share with them their birth stories. At this time we're making them wait until they are at least 18 before we share that info with them. And I would stress to them over and over how much we wanted them and how much we love them. And I would have a very serious discussion with them and also some other loved ones, making SURE that they knew what it was going to take to be saved so that I could be assured of seeing them again one day in Glory.
I would also spend every possible minute with Walt, just holding him and loving him.
And finally - I would order all of the worst-for-you foods that I could think of. All the things you deny yourself on a regular basis. No siree - they'd be my main stay for that week!! JUNK JUNK JUNK!!

What we are missing here is that Jesus had a purpose for his life. He spent his last week doing just what he came to do.
What is our purpose in life? To clean house, take a vacation or draw closer to God and do his work?

Sow the seeds of LOVE. That is our primary mission. Jesus said that all men would know we are His disciples by how we love one another.
