See my previous about using online postage for mailing packages. There are ways to hide where you ship from. Use the online postage to purchase labels, and ship from an outside mail drop box at a post office.... If you live in a small town, it will go to a big facility before getting postmarked. Sometimes in the same state- sometimes different states.
Or you could always send a non participating member in another state money for an item and shipping cost, and let them purchase and mail a package. Let every single thing you mail be sent from different places.
