There is your problem, Prax. Cook them on a GIRDLE! LOL!

Cooking pancakes is better on a girdle too? What size? Nylon or polyester? Are they difficult to turn over, or do you just flip the whole thing over?

Prax, even if your loaf pan isnt supposed to stick, it can stick.


lub it up bro. use PAM or take the paper off a stick of butter and wipe the pan really good with the buttery side of the paper, or up a couple table spoons of oil in the loaf pan, stick that in the oven for a few minutes to get hot then pour in your batter.

I'm thinking the bread was too hot...you want to always wait awhile before dumping your bread out...I'd say 5 min. for cornbread as you'll want to eat it hot.

It didn't stick though when I only used one box. I don't want to use grease because it always ends up ruining my cookie sheets and other stuff like that
