Depending on what type of honey I have on hand (my favorite being the raw honey that isn't liquid) liquid honey I would add to the oil and water then mix it into the water. Solidified honey I would mix in by hand into the dry ingredients, before I added the liquid ingredients so that it is thoroughly mixed. This can take sometime.
I have also made pancakes with honey. That I just put in my blender and whip the batter up slowly (you can do that with a vitamix the slowest and fastest blender out there). Then I cook them on a girdle with no problems.
That might be the thing...with corn bread it's supposed to be a little lumpy...maybe it is just not mixed enough

There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
Every sinner must repent of their sins.
That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

There is your problem, Prax. Cook them on a GIRDLE! LOL!
Prax, even if your loaf pan isnt supposed to stick, it can stick.
lub it up bro. use PAM or take the paper off a stick of butter and wipe the pan really good with the buttery side of the paper, or up a couple table spoons of oil in the loaf pan, stick that in the oven for a few minutes to get hot then pour in your batter.

I'm thinking the bread was too hot...you want to always wait awhile before dumping your bread out...I'd say 5 min. for cornbread as you'll want to eat it hot.

It didn't stick though when I only used one box. I don't want to use grease because it always ends up ruining my cookie sheets and other stuff like that
