As a follow up. Check with your Secretary of State, Commissioner of Corporations. In most cases you can register your church with the IRS (not being required to setup a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation) and with your state. Now, you are legal and can issue whatever license you may need.
In most cases you need three people to establish a church (or a corporation, if you want to go that route). You will still need by-laws and all of that stuff. Church members can be members of your family, meeting legal age requirements.
Now, if you don’t think you will be performing a lot of marriages (you can always perform a religious ceremony in conjunction with the couple also doing a civil ceremony), don’t worry about it, just go ahead and do it. As to gaining access to hospitals I suggest taking it one visit at a time. Trust God to grant you access if you don’t want to go through the civil approval hoop.

I'm really glad you found a use for it. I WISH I had a better battery to send with it, but I didn't. It always worked for me -as long as it was plugged in. lol
