Re: David And The Giants Alert!
I know D&TG are apostolic, but I heard way back they were in the UPC, but were considered too rocky and left. Is this true?

Yes, I have the Hanby message and realized the same thing. David attended many of Hanby's meetings back then.

Yes, and had some pretty bad stunts played on them by those who were upset at their style. Many churches canceled on them afterwards, and David was quite hurt.

That's too bad. I had a friend that went to a concert in California when he was attending CLC back in 89 or 90 ... said the concert was amazing. Even had an invitation to prayer where several got the HG.
I was on the highway going thru MS travelling to BOTT in '95 and a tour bus with David & the Giants painted on the side drove past me. We got on the the cb radio and talked to the driver ... tried getting them to pull over at the next stop to sign some albums, but they were in a hurry to make a concert.
Wish I could've seen them live back in the day.

I saw them live several times. It was awesome! Always loved them. I still have several albums and CDs by them. Yes, I did say albums.

Re: David And The Giants Alert!
They flirted with some false doctrines along the way. I personally heard one of the twins espouse the "Adam Doctrine" I questioned them after service, then they were leaning toward the "Spiritual Communion message." They were also listening to Branham tapes along the way. It was so sad I personally believed they were sincere boys the preacher who steered them on the path they took was sad.

Re: David And The Giants Alert!
I'm pretty sure it's 8-tracks that I had.
