I was first (voluntarily) baptized in the titles F/S/HG. A few months later I heard about Jesus' name baptism (over the radio) along with reference to Acts 2:38. Checked my my Bible, and sure enough, it seemed to be saying the same. So, following Sunday I found a church whose marquee happened to say "Jesus Name" and hoped they would baptize me in Jesus' name. Yep! When I was rebaptized, I didn't "feel" any more born again than I already was, but that was not the issue!

Consider the exchange between John the Baptist and Jesus. "You should be baptizing me, Jesus."

"Just do it John, this fulfills all righteousness."

If you're not convinced by Jesus' obedience to something that John the Baptist figured Jesus didn't even need, then good luck in talking to your "Youth Pastor."
