They made it safely and are still resting. I had to get up to let Maggie out.
Once they are up, I'll start the chocolate gravy and biscuits!

I love sausage gravy, but have never had chocolate gravy...is that a southern thing?!

If they had come to visit me, we would be going to IHOP or Bob Evans. So either of you have me beat!
I love the THREE meats plus eggs all in one meal! WOW! Are they only staying one night? So you needed to get all the breakfast meats in in the same meal?
I'll tell ya, next time I come south, even if I have to go HOURS out of my way, I'm planning a stop at Renda's Bed-and-Breakfast!! It'll be worth the trip, I'm sure!

Renda is an amazing cook.
I actually did cook yesterday too though, in my defense.  I made homemade chicken corn chowder and pumpkin pie. But it's not as impressive as a good homecooked breakfast!
