Re: Accident

I ache just nearly all over. My stomach feels like I have been doing crunches all night.

I am very thankful I am not any worse. Actually, I truly believe God has already touched me as I am not as sore as I know I should be.

Thanks to all of you for your prayers, and don't try that at home.

(Naturally it happened in front of 4 or 5 men!) They were very kind to offer to walk me to my house, which was a little walk. But I made it fine on my own.

Re: Accident

Sorry for your pain, Sister. Glad you weren't hurt any worse.

But you know....

Tree trimmers, huh? Well lets see, if they hadn't have been there, your dog wouldn't have tried to cross the road. And, if you dog hadn't tried to cross the road, you wouldn't have fallen. And if you hadn't fallen, you wouldn't be hurt. So.... it was the tree trimmers fault. A good lawyer could see to it that you are well compensated for your injuries and mental anquish. And why did the man move rather than try to catch you from falling? Thats gross negligence, pure and simple. Maybe even malicious intent. No safety barriers were in place, right? No warning signs? Was their work area fenced off? No? Sister, I believe we have a case. I mean, you have a case. Call a lawyer! Sue! Get rich! Its the American way. (Then, write a book about your near-death experience, then get even richer!) And... don't forget your friend in Alabama who gave you this good advice! I happen to know a good lawyer in TX that might just be willing to take your case.

Oh, and for the Bro. ...

"Rollin', Rollin', Rollin',

Keep that Tide a-rollin'...

ROLL TIDE!"

Sung to the old TV series "Rawhide" theme. May this bring you comfort thru your long days of convalescence.

Your so funny. Yes it was ALL their fault. lol

They had orange cones around their work area, but we all know that doesn't really rope anything off.

I suppose the guy moved because this big white woman was running him down.

I am so blessed, I know folks have truly prayed for me, I am not hardly sore at all this morning.

BTW...If I was to sing your song I might be hurt worse than falling.

I just saw this. I hope and pray that you are not feeling as sore today as you feared.
