A few of my favorites. I prefer my tea with a little cream and a touch of honey.

1. White Tip Earl Grey
2. Apple Spice Black Tea from englishteastore.com
3. Peach Tea from englishteastore.com I like to steep it with a little fresh or candied ginger
4. Organic Chamomile

Re: Tea Corner

Earl Grey, hot, if it's good enough for Picard, it's good enough for me!

I was wondering if maybe the batch I got was just to strong. Really for me I would not mind the smokey flavor/aroma if it was more subtle

Re: Tea Corner

Ok, whats your favorite tea place and do you buy online?

We do have tea places here, but Id have to drive 30 min or so just to get there. Ive never been there but a church brother has. I usually go to Coffee Bean and Tea leaf or Peets Coffee, both of which sell loose leaf or loose leave in a bag. However they don't have a lot of varieties

If the smokiness is too strong, you may like the Czar Nicholas Russian Caravan Tea from englishteastore.com It has lapsang souchong, but it isn't as strong.

From their web page: Czar Nicholas Russian Caravan Tea http://www.englishteastore.com/1mt-cnrc.html

During the Czar’s time tea was the most important drink after vodka in Russia. This tea has a long history, and the Lapsang Souchong in the blend gives the hint of mystery. The tea has a delicate flavor with a lively sprightly slightly toasty character. Perfect after a dinner party.
