When I was on it my youngest had just been born and she is now 13 so that would be 1997... somewhere around there.

Re: FCF'ers? Where are some of the old posters?

It appears the archives are online... I haven't search anything yet... but I found this.

http://www.elilabs.com/net/higher-fire/index.html

The search doesn't seem to work but they have the archives by year. The earliest archives are in September of 1995

Renda, nah don't worry about my old username, this one is just fine but thanks!

Mike it's only been a day or 2 since I've been active! LOL! I remember when we went to the "Island" from FcF and the transformation that was just beginning.....

D4T, I visited Ron and his wife in Austin about 4 years ago, but you say he just got married? Oh wow... Well if you see him tell him I said howdy!

Ferd let's do lunch!

Mark Bassett, Steve Winter and Richard Masoner were all there on higherfire. Thanks for the link, D4T!

Yes sir. It appears they were there from the get go... at least from the beginning of the archives.

Hey, I was on higher fire too! I was a flaming conservative with the best of them. Myself and a few other flaming conservatives caused a huge ruckus and left the forum and started our own forum. I helped moderate that and it grew a lot.......and then.......I changed. I wrote about My Road to Damascus Experience.....and left the forum. I couldn't bring myself to tell them what was going on with me. Well, I probably would have but we were still pastoring so I was in a tough spot. Them were the good old days!! LOL!!

I hate those links, it's so embarrasing.
