Re: Terry Jones...Sounds like a few on AFF

This pastor is not acting like a Christian.

Even Jesus did not respond like this or teach His disciples to respond like this to those who reject the Gospel.

In fact, the only people Jesus was ever "rough" with were the religious folks.

True, however neither was Jesus touting the right for pagans to build a temple for Diana in Jerusalem.

Jesus wasn't liberal. he also opposed abortion. Libs all vote for abortion but a few say they are against it. We look at deeds and not words. If you vote for a pro abortion candidate you are pro abortion. Muslims favor abortion after people are born.
The fake support of the Muslim brotherhood is a stunt by the left to act all superior and righteous.

Religion is the "Spark" for most, if not all, Wars on this planet. When God is drawn into a man's corner, he feels justified to destroy those who disagree with, or disobey an opinion that they think is most definitely God's idea. Follow David or Saul down the road of slaughtering the “Heathens” or “Infidels” of that day.

Look at America. We put, "In God We Trust" on our money, and say, "One Nation Under God" in our pledge. When going to a battlefield, we take these with us for cause and security, giving us purpose to fire off another round or drop another bomb.

Whether we like it or not, the Bible is full of violence and murder. The Bible is also full of hope and forgiveness, which I imagine can be found in the Quran.

The quran doesn't directly offer hope, salvation, redemption or remission iof sins. They do say there are scales and if your good is more than bad, then maybe you are ok.

Doesn't take long for someone to come up with something new to incite arguments on AFF.
Not dialog, not discussion, but arguing and hateful conversations. Lord, help us all to follow your lead, not mans.

I don't know why anyone would think burning a book is going to change anything.
