There are PCI churches all over the place. They're called, "The Assemblies of God." If you can deal with a 6-letter word, (Trinity), and something that's said at baptism (and no one in the bible ever said anything at baptism), then you'll be fine.
And....you'll have to deal with all the charismatic frultloops that develop out of the AG.

Hmmm.......We'll get them hooked and THEN hit them over the head.

The idea that being born again is a term unique to Pentecost is laughable. The Pope, Falwell and Koresh all claim to be born again.
From those I've spoken to it does appear that Todd does not view Trinnies as lost and leans heavily on the one step side.

I'm glad he does but would then wonder how he would sign a yearly affirmation in blood that he won't wear a gold watch and will teach tithing as a heaven/hell issue, swearing hie allegiance to a system that does not support his foundation. (Exaggeration for those about to correct me)
I've seen enough of the "Sneak the ugly doctrine in the back door" strategy....and this strategy makes me sick....that when I saw repent and THEN be born again, a red flag started waving.

They're all "PCI churches" - until someone points it out to them. Then they suddenly feel like they have to be "stronger on the message" and turn everyone out the door.

"Repent and THEN be born again" was Peter's message at Pentecost ( Acts 2:38-39).

Acts 2:38,39
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call.

He may be wording things very carefully so as to not run off visitors to the site.

I'm a bit shocked by this.
