Painoman,
this was at the end of our Christmas concert.(thus the color Red)
we pretty much had a whole night of structured songs
and that was at the very end.So, NO, that's not all we did that night.

If I'm not careful it can have the opposite effect.
Depression makes me eat... which is why I'm making the effort to try and counteract it.
