Coadie, I'm not a liberal... I'm a radical.

Eh, I've yet to see a perfect candidate who embodied everyone's definition of a "conservative".

Here's an interesting question asked by Rush Limbaugh....
Who is the only candidate who has successfully reduced the size of government, has moved forward with deregulation, and has had a major hand in achieving a balanced national budget?

I think apostolics might want to go with the one who has "less" error when it comes to beliefs. Still I am not sure many politicians are true to their beliefs 100%.

Re: Sympathy for Romney? Contempt for Cain!

I know that many people are going to find this strange, but I am backing either Bachman or Romney. I agree with Bachman on almost all issues, and I think that Romney is more than willing to take the fight to Obama. I will support anyone at this point over a man who increasingly seems more Muslim than American.

Didn't bother Democrats supporting their multi millionaire candidates. Kerry at one time was worth more than anyone in Congress or the White House. Gore is worth millions, Clinton, et al. In fact the number of politicians at the national level who aren't in the 1% are few. At one time out of the top 10 richest members of Congress 8 were Democrats.

I doubt that I am the only American who has a problem with electing a Mormon for President, still there is a bit of something-I-guess-is-sympathy, but really not sure for a guy who is probably a very good...

politician.

On the other hand, I have nothing but comtempt for Cain!
JD, why the contempt for Cain? I've observed from some of my Af-Am friends a venomous attitude toward Af-Am conservatives: Clarence Thomas, Condolezza Rice, Michael Steele, Alan King, et al. Can an Af- Am politician only garner respect from fellow Af- Ams if they are liberal Dems?

Cain EMBARASSED us.

He KNEW his closet was not even close to being clean!

Why the heaven did he decide to try run for public office, knowing that his private life was BEYOND disarray?

Did he think that somehow no one would find out that while five women were publicly accusing him of improprieties, he was talking with yet another woman with whom he had a 13 year affair and apparently was still in contact with?

What was he thinking?

The SAME people that helped Rubio get elected here in central Florida was already mobilizing and planning to do ALL THAT WE CAN to get CAIN elected!

Not Perry, definitely not Romney.

HERMAN CAIN!

I supported him, defended him-- he's a bold face liar and ignorant one at that to think that his closet could CURRENTLY BE SO MESSY and think he can run for a national public office!

I was disgusted when I started this thread-- disgusted, angry, and let down!

Now, I don't even think about him.

I neglected to respond to that question in my last post.

The answer would be, "No." Colin Powell comes to mind right away.

I imagine that there are some black politicians who fly under the banner of the Democrat Party, but are not all that liberal-- which would be reflection of a huge percentage of black Americans today.

Sure, many blacks call themselves Democrat and vote Democrat. That does not mean that they are liberal-- especially among the older blacks.

Until the GOP properly deal with its poster children who hunt at Camp Niggerhead, and other racial inconsistencies of a political party that is "race neutral", many blacks will simply not align with the GOP.

Think about it-- if you're a black American and you turned 50 this year, you can remember when racial segregation was enforced by law. When many blacks look at today's GOP, they are reminded of the idiots who were in power NOT that long ago with opinions and ideas that threaten to reverse the racial progress America has made. If you were black and over 50, don't you think you would at least pause before supporting people that remind you a very long and dark part of American history? Honestly, I can understand why many won't even give supporting the GOP a 2nd thought.

You are as bad as Herman Cain with his ignorant lies.

Do you know why people in Texas, and anywhere else, lease hunting property? It's because the property has good game at the location!!!

My father leased out and we also leased hunting property all of our lives. No intelligent hunter is going to waste his money, time and energy on a piece of property that doesn't have wild game present. DUH!

Stop your Niggerhead lies, dude! They painted over the stinking rock and eventually turned it over - probably because they could see that the weather wasn't going to keep the wording covered up. DUH!

I know it is real hard for you to do, but why don't you try thinking and doing a little researching before you post, Jermyn?
