Digging,
Of all the supporters on-line that are the worst, Ron Paul has them. O'Reilly had to disqualify him from a poll because his supporters get on-line and slam all the polls. How dishonest is that? His supporters are a real big turn off to me. Someone said that if they bother you, tell them you are reporting and turning them in under the Patriot Act - they will then take their tin-foil hats and go home. LOL!
But, we are in the same boat, supporting different candidates - the media is against them both. The GOP Establishment wants Romney. They don't want anything to change.
I will agree with Glenn, although he is not endorsing Ron Paul - I would take Ron Paul over Gingrich any day.

I'm not a Rachel Maddow viewer, let alone much of a CNN viewer. However, I found this interesting article on Paul...

Ugh... don't they love that word "Isolationism". He isn't an isolationist. But they keep saying it and the sheeple eat it up like fresh greens.
One thing she had right was this... Ron Paul is what the Republicans say they are. Republicans don't like it when they see their party platform in action. They like to talk one line and then walk another.

The only good thing that will come out of Ron Paul is that he will make the Caucuses irrelevant.

It has been humorous listening to Rush lately. As soon as Paul started a surge, or looked like he might have a good chance to win in IA, Rush started raking him over the coals. Never said much about him before.

Not conservative by what measure or definition? Socially/morally? Financially? Just wondering...

It was easy for me to adapt that label for Paul...when I let the media play on my thinking, emotions, and decisions.
Now, I just laugh when I hear the term. As if "isolationism" is a bad thing, politically speaking. After what I've seen come about from previous presidents, I'm not opposed to removing ourselves from foreign countries to protect our own...

I think the Libertarians overlap with the Republicans on financial/economic issues and with the Democrats on social issues.

It was totally retarded of him to say that Michelle Bachmann hates Muslims on the Jay Leno program. AND that Rick Santorum hates gays. Ignorant is the nicer word I could use for him. He needs to retire.
