I was approaching the outskirts of burnout from taking my job home with me and there was no reason for it. .........I made the decision to leave my work at work and not to discuss what happened at work when I came home. That was a very wise decision. Also, on my sick leave days (as today), IF I call and listen to my voicemail messages I DO NOT even respond to them!...This is a pleasant switch from the past. ...Another wise decision was made when I decided NOT to take my problems from home to work. (That's a hard one sometimes)....I used to take my laptop with me on vacation and sneak it out when my husband would leave the hotel - just so I could catch up on reports. I've stopped that, too!!!

I have a rental house next door that may soon become my business office. My business has grown and my office space is limited in our home. It would be nice to have if I employ any office staff. Currently my wife does it all. We could also have a game room, homeschool, and a guest room in that house. Our home is three thousand sq. ft. and the house next door is about twelve hundred.
