(she did, at the time, she now attends a real conservative church) Now, I don't want to open up a discussion about the right/wrong of Prayer Cloths...BUT, I started to toss it in the trash, and was immediately concerned about tossing it out like last week's leftovers. This emotion took me by surprise, and led to THIS post. I need to know what to do with this cloth??? Would it be irreverant of me to toss it out? Should I just put it in my Bible and keep it? Store in a drawer? And the biggest question of all- in MY opinion- WHY AM I FEELING EMOTIONAL OVER AN OLD WHITE PIECE OF CLOTH??
Thanks, everyone who responds...I'm obviously being menopausal. Right??

Some prayer cloths are sent for certain reasons/purpose-has that purpose been served???? If so, toss it.

If you felt something...just keep it somewhere...Why? I don't know...just keep it...doesn't take up any room....might mean something to your daughter one day....we just never know...

The prayer cloth was sent to me because my daughter was heart broken that I chose to no longer attend a UPCI church...she sent it in love, and I received it in love- but, no...it didn't change my mind about church.

In a surprise move I agree with Elder. It came from your daughter with a heart of love and for that reason alone. It is a token of your daughter's great love for you and her concern for you.

Re: PLEASE HELP...serious question!
I would keep it forever and cherish it. It was given in
love and concern from your precious daughter, and I
am one of those who think annointed prayer cloths/
handkerchiefs are honored by God.

Re: PLEASE HELP...serious question!
I agree with Bro. Epley - keep it with other memories from your daughter (birthday cards, drawings from her youth, etc).
