Thank you for this response. I will agree that for the most part, parents can make choices that will "make it happen." However, I do know people that have absolutely NO choice other than to avail themselves of the public system. A prayer for covering and a hedge of God's protection CAN protect those children's minds. I have meditated upon this, and wadr, I don't believe you. One cannot, imo, smoke cigarettes and expect a prayer against lung cancer to be effective.
