So Paul goes to foreign pagan lands and starts churches, with people who would have no knowledge of the jewish tithe tradition or law, and he just never thinks to mention it? Or perhaps you believe God imparted tithing into them supernaturally when they received the Holy Ghost? No instruction or teaching necessatry form the Apostle, they just get filled, speak in tongues and supernaturally say "hey I think we must give 10% to the church or burn in hellfire".
