A civil suit could also be brought by Trayvon's parents like the one that Nicole Simpson's parents brought against OJ and won. The burden of proof in civil courts is less than criminal ones.

I am thinking that after the Sanctions filed against Prosecution for withholding and having evidence tampered with concerning TM's cell phone, they may not want to taint his memory with what is found there. That option may turn into nothing.

If I was TM's parents, I would end it and keep the money I received on the settlement from the Home Owner's Association. And remember, TM's mother also filed applications to secure any trademarking of TM's phrases “I Am Trayvon” and “Justice for Trayvon,” .

She'll be rolling in the dough. Pretty smart for someone distraught over her son's death, huh?

Money will not be an issue for this family to pursue GZ in a civil suit, the masses of liberals have been mobilized, and they will bankroll it to continue their agendas. When something is this visible the vultures circle, and they will use the Martins, and feed them $$$, as they fill their own coffers.

On the flip side they will be facing West and O'Mara who also know how to capitalize Zimmmerman's defense, and have already warned anyone that may want that fight. The national exposure works both directions.
