But I didn't make this decision. I abhor this decision.

The 5 people of the majority opinion failed the founders and what they put together for us, at great risk of fortunes and blood.
The 5 people of the majority opinion failed all those that have held our constitution as the ultimate law of the land.
The 5 people of the majority opinion failed this generation.
The 5 people of the majority opinion failed succeeding generations.
The 5 people of the majority opinion failed the world.
The 5 people of the majority opinion failed US!!!

It is not over, not yet. Do I have control over what our Judicial branch decides to do? No, but it is not a failure on my part or Christian's parts. Christians as a group have failed many things but not these things. We have failed to accurately portray the love that God has for these people identifying themselves as homosexual.

Christians have failed to humble themselves and be meek in response to the calculated and patient attack on our values. It is not our job to make up people's minds it is our job to inform them of the mind of God. What His opinion of certain issues is. If they choose to accept it, wonderful. If they choose to ignore it, we pray for them. We teach our children to love the sinner and hate the sin as God does. We pray..... and pray.... and pray..... and pray..... and pray.....

I will readily admit that I have FAILED to pray as much as I should. I have FAILED to mourn the sin of this world as much as I should. I have FAILED to be as meek as I should so I will inherit the earth. I have FAILED to hunger and thirst for righteousness so I will be filled.

This decision is not my failure. But, I am not dead, yet. I have a chance to repent and succeed in correcting MY failures and be successful in doing the things I should. If we do what we should and act in the manner we are biblically mandated to act and pray, maybe things will change. I know if we do at the very least we will be changed.
When future generations look back at this time, WE will be the people that allowed this to happen as it happened on our watch.
WE (even if you or I personally did not) voted these people into office that are doing this to our country.
The WWII generation was called, "the Greatest Generation." Does that mean everyone in that generation was the greatest? No. But due to what occured in that generation, collectivley, gets attributed to the whole, so Yes, WE, this current generation applies. IMHO
