Well the frustrated Dave Morris had two options. Either pay everyone 20,000 to stay home and watch cartoons. Or shut nothing down and let us make money.
All other first world countries pay their business owners if they shut down their businesses for emergencies. The United States pays nothing to their serfs. 1,200 to the serfs is equivalent to a bag of rice given to the occupied Chinese by the invading Japanese in the 20th century. Xmas is coming, and the goose is not getting fat. No penny for the old man's hat.
