I attend a conservative church, a few years ago we had a Bro. Proctor preach for us at the time he was from Paris, TX. Might be the same preacher he looked like he was in his late 50's early 60's.
I believe that was Bro John Proctor from the Paris church. He is now in Ok, I think. He used to come preach at our church quite often.
