I've been spending WAY too much time on the internet these past few days. Between AFF and MySpace I've spent too much time on the net. I'm feeling led to do an internet fast for 24 hours.
Why I'm I telling you all. ACCOUNTABILITY!
Starting tonight at 10PM! So if you see my little light on here or MySpace, please make me feel really bad!
Anyone want to join? There's power in numbers. Just reply with "I'm in" and we'll do this together.
Before you go, I've been wondering. Hows the work you and the hubby are doing there in North Carolina? (Sorry, off topic)
I guess maybe getting anyone to do an internet fast is kinda like pastor's getting people to agree to fast meals. Some people don't like pushing back the plate-- other's can't live without their daily internet fix.
I'll be taking an internet break myself tomorrow to spend quality time with other members of our church youth group selling concessions at Ole Miss. We'll probably be short handed a few people because a ladies shopping trip is scheduled tomorrow also. It'll be interesting to see how many ladies pass up a chance to go shopping to sell hotdogs, popcorn, etc.
Confession: I'd be going with them to shop-- but as usual-- I've already spent the amount I budget myself for mad money every week at a garage sale!

Oh, wait... you'll "be off the Internet..." I thought you were gonna try and take the whole thing down. That'd be cool to try - just for the bragging rights.
I remember this one time a friend of mine tried to test the DoD theory about distributed networks surving nukes. So, from his home near the secret UFO base in NV he ... well, the rest is history, of course, and everyone calls him "BOOMM" now for his efforts.
I have to work 16 hours tomorrow, get about 6 hours of sleep and go back for another 14-16 hours...if it's 14, I'll be here tomorrow night to catch up. If it's 16, I won't be on until later Monday morning, as I have class early that morning.
