Renda,

I know what you mean. I was a single mom when my daughter married. I felt all of your emotions. I did have Jon to hold my hand - we had been dating about four months. But he tried to stay discreet and in the background, so I was pretty much by myself, trying to be the "gracious, social, sweet Tammy" that everyone expected.

Well there's a guy here at work that is available for a BIG BEAR hug, but ya know - - just doesn't seem appropriate - - lol!
