I think nearly all PAJC guys believed water & Spirit however some taught 'the friends of the Bridgroom teaching. But many of the PCI also taught water & Spirit only the leadership was majority of saved at repentance not the group itself.

With further clarification my friend, that they not only agreed to disagree, the novel thought to this generation is they determined to work together in spite of not being in union on every aspect of doctrine. They deliberately chose brotherhood over not fellowshipping those not in lockstep. And their progeny?

The brotherhood then was one in purpose to evangelize the world with the Acts 2:38 message.

And to quote the bard: and therein lies the rub.

Which brings me back to my theory. It seems to me that both sides were less ridged in thier positions. thus they were able to live in the common ground.

It seems to me that we have become more lax in some areas where we should not and too stong in areas where we should not.

interesting.
