I actually heard today of a father that was selling his 17 year old daughter in prostitution to support his drug habit.
And that is just one example of the pure evil this world faces. We all must rise to the challenges that will soon befall us. The Bible tells us that in the lasts days will be perilous times. The enemy is truly licking his chops. Whether you are a Pastor or pew dweller the enemy cares not. But when he brings a Pastor down there is always collateral damage. Truly heartbreaking.

Thank you for your kind words! And only because we have been through a similar situation can I say that my heart truly bleeds for you as well and you and the church there are in our prayers! I met TB when I was a teenager when he held a revival in my Grandfather's church. I have always admired his family and ministry.
One of the things that I find a little ironic is, that during the time we were going through this deal, my husband and I found real spiritual strength and helo online where a church streamed their services. It was TPC. Both of us found strength in the worship and messages there. After a while both of us felt like there was something missing, we couldn't put our fingers on it. But we did notice that there were many Sunday services where TB did not minister/preach. It wasn't that there wasn't a move of God, there was. But, he stopped preaching and sometimes for the last 5 or so minutes of the service he would just talk, usually saying that he had a word from the Lord. However, we never suspected this! And it still feels funny that at a time when we were going thru what we were going thru, he was used to help us! God moves in mysterious ways! If he can use a donkey, he can use anything.

If I was in a church looking for a potential new Pastor, I'd want to know these things

The point is that pators needs to protect themselves and their churches by having accountibility measures in place.
You stated in your post that you would never again be part of a church without accountibility or one that practiced nepotism. That is exactly what most are talking about on here. Hopefully this thread and posts like yours will make pastors and saints reading take steps to make sure their situation is a correct one and they protected from something like this.

There are less cowardly and more biblical ways to find out what's going on than by airing dirty laundry on the internet. Who would want to pastor people who feel they have to share their drama with the world?

By the same token, who wants a pastor that cheats, sneaks, and covers things up?

It's like hypocrites posting on the internet, about people posting on the internet about people.
