How ironic, you ARE judgmental
You look at the outward man and said "SIN"...had they all looked outwardly to you to confirm to your group you'd nod in approval, ignoring the fact that within that group have been pedophiles, adulterers and gay men that expose themselves in public restrooms looking for homosexual favors...yet they all LOOKED Apostolic to you
Mat 23:27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.

In Apostolic ranks their adorning is outwardly while they claim it is not. Because they pay SO MUCH attention to the outward adorning, making sure the hair is uncut, the dresses are so long, making sure to check the fingers for rings etc etc...they are violating the spirit of
1Peter 3.
Sister Alvear is the Epitome of this verse. She does not harp on the outward appearance but she certainly has a gentle and quite spirit
