EVERY man has the capabilities and opportunities to fail morally. Safeguards must be placed in his own life to protect his ministry.
Here are my rules:
1. NEVER be alone with a woman who isn't your immediate family.
2. NEVER socially text or have conversations with women that would open the door to flirting. Better be thought unsocialable than an adulterer.
3. If you find yourself enjoying being around a woman who isn't your wife RUN.
4. Do not have cell phones or internet that your wife cannot looks at anytime and always have your computer in an open room never in a locked room.
Obey these four easy rules and you will be safe.

What is ironic is that I work at a school and you can take all four points and change every occurrence of the word wife to student and it applies to all of us adults here, especially in the upper (High) school. The second point would be that no one had to tell me any of this -it was all common sense (but apparently not ALL the teachers have realized this as we had to discipline one or two for befriending students on Facebook).

These are the kind of posts that make me love yer guts, Pastor Epley. And NO, I am NOT flirting, people...I will say this though- I may not see eye to eye with Bro Epley, but he reminds me soooo much of my Pastor that I sat under for 30 years. Old school, but full of compassion and a love for the LOST.
Thank you for your voice of reason in all of this madness Pastor...

As a side note- Do you all realize how many Apostolic marriages have been lost, directly due to the internet? Sad, really.
It's a heart condition, people.

Man, you just will not let it go will you. Don't you have someone else you can annoy other than me? Go read the Bible. Here's a scripture for you. Proverbs 27:3 Stone is heavy and sand a burden, but provocation by a fool is heavier than both.

I have had ENOUGH of this back and forth. If you have a problem with ONE poster, take it to PM. If not, we can do it the Admin way.
