I think we should be good stewards of what we have, no matter how little it is....

Eliminating debt - I think as Christians we shouldnt have excessive debt - not debt we acquired b/c we couldnt live within our means...I understand unexpected debt - medical bills, loss of income so you lose your ability to stay current on your car and house payments...etc..
but debt for "disposable" income spending - irresponsible. IMO

Sis, I believe "disposable" income is irresponsible. We should spend money purposefully. We should put some thought into it.
Unfortunately, many Americans have been programmed to believe that homes are meant to be amusement parks, and they "spend" borrowed money on silly things they will never even use.
