was he healing anyone with the "sweep" of a microphone?

I can still here the sound of the microphone sweeping across fabric (I guess?) when Freddy Clark visited our local assembly years ago and ministered to folks.

Or the *thump thump* sound of knocking the mic on legs and arms and other places as well.
