So if this was your wife what would your grounds for divorce be? Legally and Church?? I can see the judge as you tell him of the wicked ways of the woman in a bikini !! I am sure you will escape alimony payments with that one!!!!

Re: UPC Pastor Convicted of Slander in Pulpit!

The only reason this poor woman's actions were called into question. Even though she WAS NOT A MEMBER OF HIS CHURCH. Is because the PASTOR'S DAUGHTER WAS ROMANTICALLY INVOLVED WITH THE EX-HUSBAND. So for them to be able to marry according to scripture, was if the wife or husband committed adultery. Wearing a bikini is not adultery. Maybe some people should keep their own house in order, before they try to tear down someone else's.

Good grief, Charnock. I'm not endorsing immodesty. I'm just saying that your wife being immodest isn't reason enough to divorce her. Have you read the story of Hosea and Gomer lately?

Apparently you need to revisit the concept of longterm commitment and keeping your word.

Or, maybe same hanky panky WAS going on. She said there wasn't. Perhaps HE (the other husband) was the one pursuing her.
Totally possible.

It's amusing that a few uber-libs want to paint me an ultra-con.

Long term commitment goes bye-bye when adultery occurs.

A wife wanting to expose herself to , and spend naked time alone, with someone other than her husband qualifies.
