I would hope the mother was a "woman" just like the text states .

It would be impossible for a woman to submit to every man...that would be total confusion. How could a woman submit to every man? There is balance in everything.
I submit to my husband...that is what the bible teaches me to do.
We all know that a woman is not to rule her husband...
That is the point Paul was specifying, that a woman should not "usurp authority over the man" (1Ti 2:12,} . This singles out an individual man, not mankind. It refers to a wife not being her husband's boss. Paul was saying that a wife is to let the husband take the leadership role in the church ( Eph 5:22-24). She is to let her husband speak.
The word "usurp" in the next verse further strengthens this interpretation. "Usurp" means, "to seize and hold...by force or without legal authority" (American Heritage Dictionary). Paul was talking against a woman lording over her husband. We've all seen boisterous women with little mousy husbands. That's what Paul was speaking against.
This is similar to what Paul went on to say about the men in the next chapter. He told Timothy not to make a man a bishop who couldn't rule his own house. Likewise, he was saying that a woman should not speak in the church if she's trying to usurp her husband's authority. If a man's home isn't in order, he shouldn't minister, and if a woman's husband isn't in agreement with her saying something, she should be quiet.
The reason for Paul's instruction about the wife keeping quiet was to keep her from usurping authority over her husband. This does not forbid women to speak in the church if their husbands are in agreement.
Paul spoke of women praying and prophesying in the church services (1Co 11:5). Priscilla instructed Apollos (Ac 18:26), and Paul instructed the older women to teach the younger women ( Tit 2:3-4). It appears that Paul did not forbid women to teach under appropriate circumstances.
In 1Ti 2:13-15, Paul continued his argument, using Adam and Eve as an example of a husband-and-wife relationship. This is not a "men are superior to women" passage of Scripture but a "husbands are the head of their wives" ( Eph 5:23) passage.

No Sis. Alvear, I Timothy 2.11-3.15 is not talking "about a wife not taking by force the leadership role over her husband" - It is forbidding women from teaching & preaching to men in the church - just like it plainly says.

Ummm, this is completely wrong. "The Law and Prophets" & the complete OT was fully in-tact - yet, she did not "preach a sermon" from it - our whole point !

Deut. 18:20
But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work" ( 2 Timothy 3:16-17). It takes all of God’s word to make us complete. If God did not want us to teach and obey certain portions of His word, He would not have given it to us.
I Thessalonians 2:13: "For in hearing us, you gave such heed, as if not hearing men, but as if God Himself were exhorting you."
We must all pray for fresh anointings...words directly from God each time we stand before the people...God has something to say in every service.
Scripture teaches us that the gifts and callings of God are given to all members of the body of Christ by the Holy Ghost ( Rom. 12:3-8; I Cor. 12:4-11; Eph. 4:7-11; I Pet. 4:10-11). None of these gifts or offices is the exclusive prerogative of men.
God did not say thisj is for one but not the other....We are all one in Christ Jesus...and we are all subject to one another. Praying and prophesying were before the general body of Christ, including the men and were to be judged by the church.
Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

And yet you forgot to quote the rest of my "exact words":
"But biblical prophesy has never been a sermon from the Scriptures, but rather a spontaneous & lofty breaking-forth in primarily foretelling God's intents in a persons life.
"In this strict sense we can say that women can 'preach' per-se, but not in the sense of taking a text & expositing to men (or spittin' & sputterin' like a wild-comanche {SP?}). When said women does this she is outside of her God-allotted position & so is the pastor who allows her to do so - hence, "Call me gone" .

Notice this...
The messages God wishes to convey through the prophets to the people are often preceded by some very familiar phrases:
"Thus says the Lord,..." (used over 400 times in the Hebrew Bible!)
"The word of the Lord came to [someone], saying..." (over 100 times!)
"Thus shall you say to [someone],..." (43 times)
"Hear the word of the Lord,..." (37 times)
"Speak to [someone], saying..." (14 times)
So from now on I will have to stand up and use one of these phases to continue saying what the Lord has given me....lol....

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
This is a true senario:
We had been having a lot of trouble with William Branham doctrine in some of our churches so one of our pastor's asked me to come and explain to his young ministers what WB doctrine really was...I went to Branham's meetings several times, had friends to go off into it...seen a lot...read all his books...
So with the help of several friends I got a little study ready for the ones that wanted to understand what it really was...so for one month we met together and I read to them from the little booklet and let them ask questions.
One night as we were reading the spirit of the Lord came upon me and all of a sudden I said, Someone that is here tonight will die tomorrow before noon...we closed our booklets and fell to our faces praying...The next day around 11 Am my phone rang and it was the pastor's daughter telling me that one of the young men 34 years old had fell dead at work....
So according to rdp it was sinful for me to tell our brothers what WB believed yet ok for me to rise up and say someone is going to die tomorrow...
That makes no sense at all....if I was at odds with God and God was upset at me for teaching and warning our ministers...then why in the world did he not use the precious, precious pastor of that church? He was sitting there taking notes...for he had no earthly idea of WB teaching. He was the one who asked me to come and made it possible for his ministers to be there.
Just like Priscilla of old I was teaching the word of God. For if you notice even though she was with her husband the word THEY EXPLAINED...they took him aside and explained to him the way of God more accurately. Acts 18:24-26 (NASB)
Did Priscilla, with her husband, teach Apollos “the Way of God more accurately”, including the doctrine of Christian baptism? Did a woman, Priscilla, teach a man, Apollos? Yes, she did and no where do we find anyone condemning her for doing so.

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
another peice of food for thought...
King Lemuel’s mother is another Bible woman who taught a man. The teaching of this woman has been recorded in Scripture and thus has the authority of Scripture.

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
The word "prophet" derives from the Greek word "to announce." A prophet of the LORD God spoke His words. The prophet spoke the words of God, not his own. He was a mouthpiece which God declared His message to men.
Now prophecy has both a broad and a narrow meaning. The broad meaning can be defined as to "forth-tell", and the narrow meaning means to "fore-tell."
TO ANNOUNCE....
JEWISH WRITINGS DESCRIBE PROPHETS AS: A prophet is an individual who receives a message from G-d to transmit to the people.
Baker's dictionary: rophet, Prophetess, Prophecy
A prophet was an individual who received a call from God to be God's spokesperson, often connected with some crisis that was about to occur, and then announced God's message of judgment and/or deliverance to Israel and the nations. The importance of this office can be seen in the fact that the word "prophet" occurs over 300 times in the Old Testament and almost 125 times in the New Testament. The term "prophetess" appears 6 times in the Old Testament and 2 times in the New Testament.
proph·et
ˈpräfit/
noun
1.
a person regarded as an inspired teacher or proclaimer of the will of God.
another dictionary says...
A prophet is a spokesperson for God. The prophet admonishes, warns, directs, encourages, intercedes, teaches and counsels. He brings the word of God to the people of God and calls the people to respond.
proph·et·ess
ˈpräfətəs/
noun
1.
a female prophet.
The doctrine of the New Testament has given women permission to preach (prophesy) before the church and the world( Acts2:16-18)-It shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:,and in the book of Acts we see women working in the ministry, but alongside or with the men of the ministry.(Acts18)
A prophetess is simply a female prophet. Just like a prophet, a prophetess is a person called by God. A prophet (male or female) is the mouthpiece for the one who sends him or her; the prophet speaks on behalf of the sender ( Exodus 7:1-2). A prophet is considered a seer ( 1 Samuel 9:9), because God gives him or her the gift of foreknowledge. God reveals his secrets to prophets ( Amos 3:7), and true prophesy is initiated by the Holy Ghost ( 2 Peter 1:21). 1 Corinthians 12:28 and Ephesians 4:11
Even during times when women held low standing in the eyes of men, the Bible tells stories of women in God-given positions of power and influence. After all, it is just like God to choose what mankind considers as the "weak things of the world to put to shame the things which [mankind considers] are mighty" ( 1 Corinthians 1:26-31).
Notice this:To prophesy is to preach according to Webster (National Dictionary of English Language P. F. Collier & Son, New York 1937). Prophetess “female preacher” (Young’s Analytical Concordance pg. 781).
Some are quick to say they prophesied only in homes, and not in church, but Ephesians 4:12 says, “Even so ye, for as much as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church.”
..
Just as a man can edify the church so can a woman edify the church...

And what does ANY of this have to do with what the Bible says??? Think I'll continue to formulate my doctrines from the Bible as opposed to subjective human experiences - just as I always will !
Oh, & RDP did not write the Bible - so it's not "my opinion" !
