Do you see the four little boxes on the right at the bottom of each post - edit, Quote, " ,and the Quick Reply, which I've never used. The (") button is the one to use if you are going to include other's posts when you respond.

The last button you hit is second box that actually spells out "Quote". It pulls everything together for you.

Did that make sense? lol
