Yes! Don't know them well, just know that they were pastors of a Trinity Pentecostal church here and their sons went to our christian school for a few years. That was probably 15-20 years ago though! Lol! I don't know if they are still around now or not.

Afternoon Ladies!!!!

I just want to share a little praise report - My lil brother came to church yesterday on his own account!!!!!!!! No one asked him to, he just showed up! We were all SO suprised!! He didn't really pray but hey, it's a start!!!!!! Please keep him in your prayers, he has been headed down the wrong road but my mom and him have been talking alot lately and I think he is at a turning point! Thank you Jesus!!!

His name is Jonathan. God has been dealing with him and he has been running, things keep happening to him yet God keeps having Mercy on his life - I pray that God will continue to deal with him and have Mercy and I think he will be back soon!

Thanks for asking Margie...I have a few minutes before I head off to work.

It didn't go well at all...but I was not surprised! She accused me of attacking her when I expressed a few concerns about Grandma. I kept it to 3 or 4 things and decided to let the rest go. She did call my husband right after we talked and he was able to calm her down, so that's good.

Unfortunately, no, we don't qualify for any financial aid so far. According to the FAFSA we make just a touch too much. Geesh! I wish they took into account the fact that we had a major incident recently (Walt's aneurism) that about wiped out any extra funds we had built up. That's too bad Margie...it amazes me how often this kind of thing happens and not just with financial aid.

My mom said that my brother was in his room last night praying!!!

I am so happy I can't stand it! I just keep praying, I know change is happening!!!

Wow! That's great! you know it's God when you hear stuff like this--when they decide to turn to God on their own.
