A goatee looks good when the guy is completly bald... Mines really thin, but no false hair for me.. I had a uncle that wore one. The first time I seen him wear it I didn't reconize him. I was staring at him and finally he told me, I figure if women can wear them, so can I... I backed away... didn't have clue what he was talking about, but figured I was to close...

You think so, eh? My brother is completely bald and he has a goatee. I hate it. But it's his face, so I don't say anything (that's Thunder, Mike. Just so you know )

I've never yet seen a goatee that I like. It always looks to me like they spilled something while they were eating.

I'm about bald and no toupee for me.
No goatee for me either.I have thought about growing a full beard though, but I can't stand to itch.

Nope.

More as a matter of good taste than conviction, really.

They look tacky and I always think a man that is vain enough to do that is silly.

It is very hard for me to take a guy seriously when he wears a toupee.

I associate that kind of concern for appearance (the Bible term is vanity)with femininity.

But that's probably the dumb redneck in me coming out.

I don't associate it with femininity, but I do associate it with vanity and self-delusion. Like no one woud notice? I've yet to see a toupee that looks natural, and on top of that, doesn't one realize that if you're bald on Wednesday night, and come in with a full head of hair on Sunday morning, it's probably not the result of a miracle? I've seen God heal plenty of people, but I've never seen him bless a bald man with a full head of hair!
