We join with you in prayer and asking the Lord to be gracious and kind to your mother. And that, His perfect will and way be done in everything. And that, He give you strength and presence of mind to minister to your mother as is needed...

You are His child and He WILL provide you with His love and grace to endure this very difficult time...

I just saw this thread. I am praying for you and your family, that the God of Peace and Comfort will embrace you and magnify his presence in this time of loss and sorrow. I desire that He will be as close to all of you as your mom is to Him at this time.

Doug is my dad's uncle. He is one of the greatest men in the world. How do you know him??? For many, many years we spent thanksgiving evening with them and the rest of the family. He has several sons, Michael, Durant, Billy and Larry. Michael is the one that runs the business with him. I am sure we will see them on Monday when the memorial service will be.
