I know what you mean. We lived in New England, and now live in the south. But we're from here, so we knew what to expect.

The people are nicer here ... for the most part ... although I'm used to rude folks .... I really miss THE FOOD!!!!!

I don't find that people in the south are nicer at all. Now, they might appear to be, but most of the time we just 'gush'. lol
We mostly found New England people to be true blue. What you see is pretty much what they are. At least that was our expeience......

I sure do. It has been 29 years. I am almost the same age he was when he passed away. We were so blessed to have father's with a great realtionship with God.

Daniel, there is nothing quite like the hands-on experience that comes through building a church. My kids are so invested in the work that has been done in our current pastorate. They are very protective of that investment.
I see that same appreciation shining through in the words you've written here.

In all ... that has transpired ... PP ... I've learned that this is His Church ... Jesus paid the ultimate price ... what we put in ... pales in comparison ....
