When Darcie was here a few months back looking at housing, she had a Mexican gal with her who is a good friend of theirs. I had a terrible headache and she whipped out this oil (I think it was lavender) and smeared it on four places on my forehead and face.
Amazingly, within minutes, the headache was gone. She also carried peppermint oil for stomach problems.
However, I've never heard of lime. Although I do love lime in water, as opposed to lemons. Now I have a new use for it, thanks to you.
I am going to call Eddie and tell him to be sure and keep a bottle of Lavendar oil handy in case you get a headache at ....er.....an "inopportune time"!!!!!!!!
(I know it is on my shopping list now along with a bunch of limes so if I hear "not tonight honey I have a headache" I will be ready!!)
hmmmm. I may try it once...........lol
I have a headache but not limes.
Just my luck today.

The real question is... Can I sneak a fresh cut lime into church with me??

Ferd, one of the side effects of overliming, is loss of clarity in thought, resulting in such things as placing periods in thread titles.

Does the concentrated lime juice in a bottle work?
Maybe we can keep a bottle on the pulpit.

Brother bought a coconut, he bought it for a dime
His sister had another, she paid it for a lime.
She put the lime in the coconut, and drank them both up
She put the lime in the coconut, and drank them both up
She put the lime in the coconut,
Called the doctor, woke him up, and said,
"Doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?
I say, Doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?"
"Now let me get this straight;
You put the lime in the coconut, you drank them both up
You put the lime in the coconut, you drank them both up
You put the lime in the coconut,
called your doctor, woke him up, and said,
'Doctor, ain't there nothing I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?
I say, Doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?'
You put the lime in the coconut, and drink them both down,
You put the lime in the cocount, you're such a silly woman!
Put the lime in the coconut, and drink them both together,
Put the lime in the coconut, and call me in the morning."
