Yes, Charlie is the one I met. so Sis Rigdon is your aunt? Now who's the man who has a church in Wylie? I've met him, but I didn't know who or what about him.

She has been coming to church since with her three kids the past month. Her twelve year old son asked me about hell last Friday night at a kids lock-in at the church and I shared with him the plan of salvation. Other doors have opened since I started working at Starbucks that I don't have time to tell.

I do know this: when the time comes that I won't need the insurance or the church can afford to pay it for me, I won't quit my job. I will work less hours maybe, but I never again want to cut myself off from the outside world. We need to be among the lost, among the hurting, among the needy. We need to be salt and light.
Pastor I do not glory in you being a pastor and working a another job.

I do however think a great story line for all of us that men like yourself.

Understand the folks we see each and everyday.

I think the Lord is going to bring folks to you.

You have great days ahead of you.

God Bless!

Sis Rigdon is my mother's sister. The man in Wylie is my brother-in-law, Chip Donahue. He started a home missions church about 3 years ago. They meet in their living room, about 30 people.

Oh, to have the vision to reach out to our communities in any way needed!

Great thread and reminder of WHY we are here!

LOL! I'll never look at Starbucks the same. It's funny that this thread would come up, I have to give my professor a PowerPoint presentation about Starbucks.
