Why, its right here in the Officially Official Manuals of Affirmable Articles of Faith, Standards and Doctrines (OOMOAAOFSD, for short) Chapter 70, Article 62, Subsection J, Paragrah 98, subtitle 45, paragraph 23:
"To preach one must be a properly educated, duly licensed, formally ordained, organizationally endorsed, approved and recognized minister."
I think its past my bed time.

You may think so, but I hope you can realize how much your words show a love of people in your posts. And that you are more Christ like than you know.
