Yes...that is it. If I was to get an audio version of the Bible, I would probably get this....for no other purpose than there is a variety of voices. I could not imagine hearing the same voice over and over and over again.

The CD set I have has Alexander Scourby reading the OT and James Earl Jones reading the new.

I recommend Faith Comes by Hearing. They have the standard recording, plus offer a fully dramatized set (word-for-word, but with sound effects, different voices, etc.). They also offer many different translations. Furthermore, they have a complete lifetime warranty.

THE finest I've come accross is Max McLean at www.listenersbible.com

He quotes the KJV, ESV, and the NIV. He's simply amazing. I've heard him in person and he's even better. He offers MP3 files and CDs. IMO, the best there is. He also reads famous sermons and the wonderful Valley of Vision. And no I'm not his brother.
