The problem isn't really HER experience. The problem is that is ALL the majority of voters will ever really see with a media slant towards Obama.

That interview made her look like an idiot. That does not mean she is an idiot, but what counts are the voters and in particular those already leaning towards Obama who want to know "why should I vote for McCain/Palin?

If McCain wanted a woman there are other women to chose from.

Sorry Republicans but to be honest McCain was the bad choice to begin with to defeat an Obama. McCain was weak to begin with, flip flopping on issues to win the primary...that should have been the first clue.

He was too old, to run against an Obama. He was too white to run against an Obama. Palin too in-experienced. She had the fire. She read scripts well, but that was not near enough to run against Obama and to counter the stigma of the Bush presidency. Bad campaign from the get go. I always felt that way.
I agree Prax and said that when he got the nomination. I also said I was voting against Obama and not for McCain.

But the thing folks failed to consider anytime you do interviews with these people they cut and edit to make you look the way they want you too. You do better in an unedited situation like she did with Hannity.

Re: CBS last night

I really wonder if the goal was to throw the campaign all along.

I heard McCain on the radio here today...the radio host was playing clips. McCain said 'I really want to be president'....."Obama is a good man...listen..listen An Obama presidency should not be feared" the audience was booing. Then McCain stumbled "but I will make a better president"....

Sounds almost like he had conceded the election a long time ago (the quote was much earlier.

Who assures your supporters that the other guy will essentially make a good president? You don't have to rip him to shreds either...but this is weird
