Thanks for the concern. I do feel better this morning. I'm still very sore especially in my back and neck area, but I don't have fever today. I think it finally broke in the night. I woke up soaking wet and had to change, so that is an improvement. (don't even go there...)
I am home by myself. Kids are in school and hubby got to sub today, so I am home alone...that could be fun...if I weren't sick, but alas, don't have the energy to do much.
Ah, NyQuil. The only alcohol Apostolics can 'legally' drink. LOL!
Seriously though, hope you feel better in time for the gathering.
I absolutely hate taking this stuff, but I finally took it as a last resort. It was just getting worse and I was miserable, so I found it in the cupboard and took it. When my husband saw that I had it down and had taken some, he said, Man you must be sick... He knows I hate that stuff. I took it and slept for about 6 hours and then woke up sat up for about an hour and then took it again and was asleep in 45 minutes and slept through the night.
I kinda feel like my head has been held under water too long, but then I am extremely sensitive to medicine. Can't hardly take anything.
btw...I'm not coming to the gathering. My husband is preaching a district youth rally in Ft. Scott, KS.
Buddy, I feel your pain. I'll be praying for ya. Take some nyquil and go to bed and stay there (like you'll be able to do anything else). I hate the stuff, but I guess that and the prayer worked.
Still kinda weak. Went to town with hubby and JR and just about did myself in. I have to take hubby to airport in Wichita in the am and I am not looking forward to it at all.
Anyway, I'll be praying for ya. I wasn't within 10 ft of you, and I couldn't have breathed that far, so you didn't get it from me.
