Actually, there are quite a few names given. However, my concern is was it taken out of context? Seems to me there are a lot ... then a comment and ... and another comment. You can make anyone say what you want pretty much doing that.
Look at the list of "experts"....the first 2 have no names and snippets for quotes. We really don't know what was said.
And a cop or someone saying "it sounded like bombs going off" is out of context. Yes a building that is sandwiching on itself is going to sound like bombs going off
