I don't think it was cold enough for an extra star. My pastor did tell Kathi "If you want to do this, I'll just stand and watch from the much warmer sidelines" though. If I'd gotten into a snake infested river...then there'd be call for extra stars. But I didn't.... *shudder*
We did go out to eat, but no big party. Maybe tomorrow...?

Praise the Lord, Nahkoe! It really DOES SOMETHING, doesn't it?!

That's probably a good piece of advice

WOW!
And while I was standing in the water trying to catch my breath after being dunked in that cold water....lol My daughter decided to be baptized, no dry clothes along or anything. I got to stand on one side of her, my friend on the other, and baptize my daughter.

I'm glad for you nahkoe, and glad for your daughter's step of faith also.

Re: I was baptized today!
I would say it had to have been in Jesus' name in order for Nahkoe to speak of it as she did! There's something about that name! Woohoo!

Re: I was baptized today!
NAN, I REJOICE with you! Somehow I thought you were a longtime follower of the Lord. I did not realize you had not been baptised into Christ as of yet.
Congradulations on this very siginificant event in your Christian walk. May your journey be fruitful, faithful and fantastic!
