There could be a cloaked ship and the birds are running into it but this would not explain the fish

Below is a picture of a cloaked Asgard mother ship, which is quite large and I can imagine could take out a flock of birds

Okay! You did it! I found myself looking for a cloaked ship and thought something was wrong with my AFF when I couldn't see it.
