Hopefully they get government funding/grants to upgrade/renovate/fix up the campus. I was just there today, and boy is it in bad shape. The buildings are falling a part. The chapel building, which houses the cafeteria and chapel, is pushing 100 years old. It's not in horrible condition, but isn't acceptable. The living conditions are very unthoughtful. One of the main upgrades I think that needs to happen is the installation of air conditioning. Also, some tech upgrades need to take place as well as various other beautification projects.
Someone help me out. By becoming accredited, all of this will become possible...correct?
Also, I don't think anybody has mentioned tuition/living costs. When I went a couple of years ago.....as a music major at Gateway, I paid $8,500 for one year. Do you think this will go up? If so, what to? $10,000-$15,000?
