You know... somehow I knew I would find this post from RandyWayne. I just knew it was there even before I opened the thread.

Why was the video removed?
I had it on repeat all last night as I slept.

Re: I Still Love Good Choirs
I like choirs, but tend to love all things Hillsong. They are at the forefront of worship music. In fact, many of their songs have been redone by several mainstream gospel/christian singers and are playing on christian radio now.

I only listened to about half of it, any more would have sent me out of the room screaming.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate it a 1.5.

Speaking of Jazz in the church here is Jaimee Paul singing Wayfaring Stranger at Christ Church Nashville. She is incredible (and so is the band). Pianoperson posted this some time ago also.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
