It is my understanding that the insurance company cuts a check to cover the cost of repairs.
I've been wrong a time or two..

But that's what I'm saying - you pay the insurance premiums, you cash the check and don't fix your car, you drive the ghetto car! You're business....

You use Headlights and the whole car!!
I am glad it wasn't more serious.
Isn't there a whistle that you can buy and attach to your car to warn them you are coming?
